Each year, the Spotlight Fund centers on a new set of grantees—reflecting ICONIQ Impact’s commitment to addressing urgent, complex challenges with innovative solutions. This year’s portfolio honors organizations that are bringing fresh ideas to long-standing social and environmental challenges, with a particular focus on how change scales—from bold tech to policy breakthroughs. ImpulsoGov is a health-tech nonprofit that hypertargets patients overdue for care and connects them to prenatal and preventive health care.
Girl Effect
Girl Effect's WAZZII platform is an AI-powered chatbot, integrated with the public health system, that delivers trusted sexual and reproductive health information to adolescent girls and routes them to nearby services.
Ujamaa
Ujamaa partners with Ministries of Education in three East African countries to deliver empowerment training for over two million girls and boys, resulting in 50% reductions in gender-based violence, teen pregnancy–related school dropouts, early marriage, and school dropout.

Koko’s AI-powered tools reach young people on the platforms where they already spend their time, providing instant access to helplines, peer communities, and self-guided support.
