We’re excited to triple down on our partnership with ElevenLabs, participating meaningfully in the company’s Series D and continuing to build alongside a team we believe is redefining how voice and audio are created in the era of AI. We first partnered with ElevenLabs in 2024 by leading the company’s Series C, and further deepened that partnership by leading the employee tender in 2025.
From the beginning, we believed voice would emerge as a foundational layer in how people interact with technology. That belief hasn’t just held - it’s accelerated. Today, voice is not simply another modality; we see it as core infrastructure for AI and agentic applications across industries.
This evolution closely reflects the vision Mati and Piotr had from day one: that voice, as the most human form of communication, would become the bridge between people and intelligent systems. What we’ve seen unfold for voice AI aligns closely with that original vision – playing out faster and with greater breadth than we initially anticipated. In a relatively short period of time, we believe voice has moved from experimental to essential.
In our view, ElevenLabs has become synonymous with AI audio. Their work at the frontier of both foundational research and product execution has created a durable platform at the intersection of innovation, scale, and usability, one that is seeing rapid enterprise adoption. The company seeks to push the state of the art while delivering practical tools for real-world adoption, underscoring the depth of demand for production-ready audio infrastructure worldwide.
The research team – deeply technical, mission-driven, and incredibly productive in our eyes – continues to set the bar. From the v3 text-to-speech model advancing realism and controllability, to Scribe v2 Realtime expanding into high-accuracy transcription and machine understanding, to a fully-licensed music model, ElevenLabs is building an increasingly comprehensive audio stack. We believe this breadth of innovation reflects not just technical leadership but a commitment to making voice and sound programmable and universally accessible. That innovation on the research level appears to be translating into real traction –especially in the enterprise.
The ElevenLabs Agents Platform, built on top of their core research APIs, enables developers and companies to build, deploy, and manage voice agents at scale. With natural turn-taking, low-latency real-time dialogue, and deep enterprise integration, the platform is powering essential use cases for customers like Revolut, Deutsche Telekom, and Cisco. We see this as a critical inflection point: voice agents are moving beyond pilots and demos to become systems of record embedded in mission-critical workflows.
In parallel, the ElevenLabs Creative Platform continues to gain adoption among creators, media companies, and marketing teams. Its intuitive workflows allow users to shape audio with precision, localize content into 70+ languages, and increasingly build for multimodal use cases that combine voice, music, image, and video – supporting global creative output at scale.
What stands out most to us, though, is the depth of the team and culture. From the time we’ve spent with the team across London, San Francisco, Warsaw, New York, Dubai, and beyond, we’ve seen firsthand how the sense of purpose Mati and Piotr outlined early on shows up in how the team builds, hires, and operates globally. That mission, bringing the world’s stories, knowledge, and agents to life, isn’t just a tagline; it’s embedded in the company’s DNA.
We’re proud to be long-term partners to a team that continues to execute with ambition, excellence, and integrity. We believe that Mati, Piotr, and the ElevenLabs team aren't just defining the future of voice – they are shaping how humans and machines communicate in the decades to come and couldn’t be more excited to continue to support them on their journey!
