For decades, enterprises have tried to tap into the internet’s immense wealth of data, only to often find themselves blocked at every turn. APIs are often nonexistent or limited, websites constantly shift their structures, and valuable data often hides behind authentication and dynamic interfaces. But a shift is underway.
Recent advances in LLMs and advanced reasoning capabilities have transformed how businesses can interact with the web. No longer confined to rigid, hard-coded automation, companies can now orchestrate dynamic, adaptive workflows that navigate web applications with human-like discretion, but with a machine’s speed, reliability, and scale. We believe that TinyFish is at the forefront of pioneering this shift through a new category — Enterprise Web Agents — purpose-built to deliver complete workflow coverage, enterprise-grade reliability, and measurable business outcomes.
Today, we’re excited to announce our partnership with TinyFish by leading their Series A to support the team’s mission: powering a new generation of Enterprise Web Agents that redefine how companies run workflows on the web.
TinyFish builds Enterprise Web Agents that are designed to solve complex, high-value tasks that create new opportunities and revenue for businesses. Built specifically for the enterprise, these agents operate across the web with human intent, adapting to constant changes in the web environment at scale by leveraging advanced reasoning models with the security, compliance, and reliability required by the world's largest organizations. TinyFish agents don't just automate tasks. They seek to achieve real business results.
The impact of TinyFish’s approach is already clear. Their breakthrough technology has been adopted by leading enterprises such as Google, DoorDash, and several Fortune 500 companies. Tasks that once required painstaking manual effort or costly outsourcing, like real-time pricing intelligence or structured data aggregation, are now automated with remarkable speed and precision. For instance, TinyFish now enables Google Hotels to surface hotel inventory from thousands of properties in Japan previously inaccessible due to outdated booking systems. Notably, this was achieved without requiring any changes to the hotels’ underlying IT infrastructure. This early traction among deeply technical teams underscores not only the uniqueness of TinyFish’s technology but also to the rarity of a solution that seamlessly combines reliability, flexibility, and scale.
When we first met the TinyFish team in February, we were immediately impressed by their deep technical experience and operational excellence. Shuhao brings experience building massive-scale systems from his time at Meta, and Keith brings a background in journalism, offering a clear perspective on positioning the company and communicating its vision effectively. Together with CEO Sudheesh Nair, whose seasoned leadership and go-to-market experience have been instrumental in scaling the company, the team combines technical depth with proven execution. Customer conversations confirmed the impact: initiatives once out of reach, or requiring large teams to execute, are now being completed cost-effectively, with speed and precision, through TinyFish.
We believe the next generation of iconic companies will emerge from this AI-driven wave, just as Amazon and Google defined the internet era. We believe TinyFish has the technology, leadership, and momentum to become one of those enduring companies. Already, it is redefining how enterprises interact with the web, and the future holds even greater potential: automating millions of complex, high-value business tasks that were previously impossible to scale. We are thrilled to welcome TinyFish to the ICONIQ family and look forward to supporting them as they seek to deliver the scale, precision, and security that global organizations demand.
